its been a long time,

we have meet again,

on the same fated 29th february,

maybe you remember,

maybe you have not,

thats when we first talked,

knew each other,

you just smiled the whole time,

we had fun and laughs,

exchanged numbers and i started calling you,

time passed by,

we were closest of friends,

you shared your problems,

i helped you overcome it,

but then just something happened,

i realised i had fallen in love with you,

but i dare not to confess to you,

kept it hiding and hiding,

until one day i asked the hardest question,

you just stopped in shock,

you said you thought we were just friends,

but i said i couldnt lie to you as ive fallen for you,

since that day,

youve disappeared from my life,

ive waited and waited,

trying to make you the one,

but it just couldnt happen,

then today, on the same 29th February,

i asked you back,

would you be the sunlight that shines my world,

making rainbows appear after that long rain,

making the soil dry,

and animals come out to play,

plants grow tall,

making this world come back to life,

after that long pause,

you just answered that you only can be that sunlight,

which produces the rainbow,

but you still couldnt make plants grow,

or the soil to dry to make animals come out,

the first yes is good enough for me,

let time answer that second yes for,

you just smiled, like the first time we have meet
